We’re Matt and Kevin Johnson, and we started this company after spending fifteen years helping American businesses source products from Chinese manufacturers. Johnson Brothers China is a sourcing and logistics company run by two brothers who actually live here, speak the language, and walk factory floors before we’ll put your name on a single product. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Once an order ships, a tracking number is sent via email.
Hand washing with mild dish soap and warm water is recommended. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals, as these can damage delicate surfaces. Items should be dried thoroughly before storing to prevent water spots.
Most pieces are not microwave safe due to metallic accents and glazing techniques. Dishwasher use is generally not recommended, as repeated exposure to high heat and harsh detergents may cause fading or damage over time.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition. To start a return, contact customer service for a return authorization. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
All items are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from drops, misuse, or normal wear. To file a claim, contact customer support with the order number and photos of the issue.
